Entered, music blasting because there were no patrons around at all, understandable, also massively unprofessional. Could barely hear or be heard to order. Ordered a plain croissant warmed, not warmed at all. Placed in a dirty, used bag that clearly had remains feom a previous food item, good thing im not dairy intolerant or it could've caused an issue, not to mention the unsanitary reuse of a bag to serve to a customer. The very thing that creates disease and problems for people thats why we have standards and guidelines for food handling. Not a considerate crew of people working, which is unfortunate I've never had a bad experience at literally any other Starbucks in life. Not a great customer service experience ordering, but when receiving my tea it was very friendly. Bathroom was pretty clean and so was the rest of the facility. I also understand how accidents happen when people aren't careful but thats why people are meant to be accountable and follow rules and protocol for food handling and also having awareness to check and double check just in case someone else props the ball.

My absolute favorite Starbucks in the area! Baristas remember you, and are very kind, coffee is always good every time I visit, yes it can get busy but it’s in an area full of high traffic and naval base! Baristas do their best here!

Clean location. Welcomed by friendly staff and greeted when I walked in. Appreciated that there was not a code on the door (but I understand why some locations do). Katie helped me with my order (i prefer 1/2 decaf), she was cool and helpful. She works fast and proficient. Friendly but all business. As for the store, good retail display with decent coffee bean options. Cash wrap was well stocked and ready for the day. The vibe was chill inside for a Monday morning which I appreciated. Not stressed. While this location is not the latest generation store it's still a very modern build out and a great location to post up and get some work done. You'll easily find outlets to plug in your gear. Would recommend. I just wish the had some reserve coffee beans available.

I went to Starbucks location in North Chicago and I think this is the worst location that I ever been there about the customer service I just saw three employers and they was in a rush so they was busy, so maybe they can clean the bathrooms when the rush finish but the employed on the front he was so mad with the customers he was mad at me. I don’t know why because I just place a order online but the first coffee he didn’t put the caramel drizzle around the cup, wasn’t he’s fault because the Starbucks app doesn’t have the option to choose around the cup or top but he forgot to put the espresso shot because the latte was white, I told him, he was rude, he’s throw it away when he just can add the espresso and put it in another cup and add caramel drizzle in the new cup, so he made new one but he forgot the espresso shot again a this moment I was mad tbh I told him " hey you forgot the espresso shot" he look the sticker to confirm there was a latte and after he made other drinks and throw it away this second drink finally he made me the correct drink I was so disappointed with this, completely ridiculous

The coffee here is always fresh and flavorful, and the aroma as soon as you walk in is amazing. The place has a cozy vibe, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. Service is friendly and quick, even when it’s busy. I also love the variety of drinks and seasonal flavors they offer. Always a pleasant stop for my coffee fix.
